9 Days Lalibela and Omo Valley Tour Itinerary
Your guide will welcome you at Jinka airport and take you for lunch. Following lunch, you will visit the Aari people in there village to witness there ancient pottery making skill, their unique distillation style for the preparation of 'Areke' a strong alcohol drink famous in the Omo Valley.

After breakfast in Jinka, you will drive 50 km one way to the Mursi tribe village and return back to Jinka for lunch. Continue the 128km drive to Turmi and visit the Banna tribe either in one of their villages or at one of their markets in Kako, Keyafer or Alduba towns (on a market day) on the way.

After breakfast depart to Omo Rate to meet with the Dassanech tribe by crossing the Omo River by boat. Continue to Turmi for lunch and visit Hamar tribal market in Turmi on a market day. You may also see the Bull Jumping Ceremony by the Hamar tribe (optional) or visit the Hamar tribe village in the late afternoon.

After breakfast continues to drive 110km to Karo village to experience the unique culture and lifestyle of the Karo tribe. Following lunch, drive 200km 4 hours to Konso town enjoying the breathtaking scenery of the terraced landscape which is a UNESCO world heritage.

In the morning, visit the Konso vollage which is a UNESCO world heritage site and continue driving 90km 2:00hrs road to Arba Minch.
